Mystic Heart Sunday Gatherings
Sunday Services
Mystic Heart Spiritual Center hosts a Fellowship Gathering every Sunday morning at 10:00 am. The first Sunday of each month we offer Celebration Services, while the second, third, fourth and fifth Sundays feature Taizé-style services. At the conclusion of the service, we will share coffee, tea and finger food (pot luck).
We meet at the Mystic Heart Gathering Place, at 3609 Bechelli Lane, Suite I, in Redding, CA.
Celebration Services
Our Celebration Gatherings are a more traditional type of worship service, featuring live music, an inspirational message, and opportunities to sing along. Although not without meditative moments, Celebration Services are generally more upbeat than our Taizé Services.
Taizé Services
Taizé is what one might call meditative worship: a service that intentionally includes the elements of inspirational readings, contemplative silence, meditation, and music, among other devotions. The services begin at 10:00 am and last for about an hour. The doors open at 9:45, and you are asked to enter in silence and join in quiet meditation until 10:00.
