        We are currently reading Rooted, by Lyanda Lynn Haupt.  We have discussed the idea of Earthing extensively, leading to speculation about where to earth in Redding (Earthing is walking barefoot outdoors).  This forum is designed for us to share locations that are appropriate for barefoot walking and how “tenderfoot-friendly” they are.  Enjoy the forum, and please remember to follow our Beloved Community communication protocols.

          I got this link from an email subscription to Commune. It’s a free course called, “Rewilding Human Movement,” with Tony Riddle. He’s a barefoot endurance athlete! He appears to be way beyond earthing, but it looks interesting. Here’s the link:

            I also found an article in Enjoy Magazine about the “California Adventure District” and Googled it.
